Our policy lasts 1 year. If 1 year has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. The warranty only covers breakage caused by manufacturing problems on the device and its accessories.
To make a return, you must first notify us by email at email@example.com and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof that your device is indeed defective.
We will then notify you of our decision to approve or reject your replacement request.
If your request is approved, then we will send you a new machine or accessory to your address.
No refund is possible following the purchase of a product, for any reason whatsoever. The warranty only covers breakage caused by manufacturing problems and implies a replacement and not a refund.
