REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our policy lasts 1 year. If 1 year has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. The warranty only covers breakage caused by manufacturing problems on the device and its accessories.
Procedure
To make a return, you must first notify us by email at [email protected] and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof that your device is indeed defective.
We will then notify you of our decision to approve or reject your replacement request.
If your request is approved, then we will send you a new machine or accessory to your address.
*The customer must cover the cost of sending the defective device or accessories to our address in Canada: 4810B magloire street, 202, Sherbrooke, J1N 0A3, Qc, Canada.
Refund
No refund is possible following the purchase of a product, for any reason whatsoever. The warranty only covers breakage caused by manufacturing problems and implies a replacement and not a refund.
